Return and Refund Policy
At Primitive Brood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you do not love the product, you can return it within 30 days of ordering for a full refund. Limitations apply.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return of our flagship tallow products, the item must not be fully used. Specifically, empty jars will not be accepted for return. For all other products, eligibility for return requires that the item be in the same condition as when it was received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@primitivebrood.com. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions for how to send back your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue. Be sure to take photos of the damaged item and send them to us if requested.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Returns for sale items or gift cards are not accepted.
Exchanges:
For a quicker replacement, we suggest returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new one once the return is processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no questions asked. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
