Processing Time

At Primitive Brood, we take pride in crafting high-quality, all-natural skincare products. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of purchase.

Free Shipping

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all non-wholesale orders over $35 within the continental United States. The free shipping option will automatically apply at checkout when your order meets the minimum requirement.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

For orders under $35, standard shipping is a flat $5.00 charge within the continental United States. For wholesale purchases, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier but generally fall within the following timeframes:

• Standard Shipping (Free on orders $35+): 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (where available)

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Primitive Brood is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, please check with the shipping carrier and file a claim if necessary.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
